About Ursuline High School Wimbledon

Ursuline High School Wimbledon is a well-performing all-girls Catholic secondary school (ages 11–18) with strong attainment and progress outcomes compared to national averages. In the 2025 GCSE results, a high proportion of pupils achieved strong grades, with around 43 % of all grades at grade 7+ nearly twice the national average and around 80 % achieving grade 5+ and 90 % grade 4+ passes. Our school’s Attainment 8 score sits well above local and England averages, and our Progress 8 score of around +0.87 indicates that pupils make significantly better progress than peers nationally. Additionally, student who are disadvantaged make outstanding progress at 0.58 on the progress 8 measure. This shows are practice is inclusive of all students, and we meet the needs of all pupils.

In recognition of these results, the school was named among the top 10 % nationally for both student attainment and progress at the end of KS4 in the 2024 SSAT Educational Outcomes Awards.
