This week students and staff gathered in the chapel for ‘Our Lady of the Roses’ service, a fitting service honouring Our Lady through prayer, music, and reflections.
Held during May, (the month traditionally dedicated to Mary in the Catholic Church) the service invited the school community to entrust their prayers to her care. A key point in the centre of the service was eight roses offered at the altar, each representing the intentions of a year group 7 to 13, with an additional rose for staff.
