Flourishing Leadership Programme

Ursuline High School working with St Philomena’s in the Avila partnership are delighted to be part of the pilot for the delivery for Flourishing Leadership Programmes. It is a collective vision for education as a career in which an adults can expect to flourish and the course offers a transformational space for growth and self-reflection. The domains of flourishing are purpose, relationships, learning , well-being and resources.

The course for new and aspiring Headteachers, Early Career Leaders and Leaders of EDIJ which help to develop key leadership characteristics to have a direct impact on school improvement.

For Ursuline teachers it is the chance to reflect on purpose, connect with like minded leaders and lead transformational change.

We are excited to be part for this new development in schools leadership.
