GCSE Results Day 2025

It was smiles and celebration today as the GCSE results were published. Today’s GCSE results aren’t just numbers on a page; they’re the outcome of years of resilience from a group of young people who started secondary school in the middle of lockdown. That deserves real celebration.

The schools’ outcomes are really outstanding at GCSE with 43% of all grades were grade 7+
(A Grade) (almost twice the national average), 80% Grade 5 and 90% Grade 4. This data has equipped our students with the grades they need to enrol in our fantastic 6th Form which celebrated excellent outcomes last week. Remarkably 200 grade nines were achieved across the subjects at GCSE.

Mr Kelly Headteacher shared in the celebrations with students and summed up: “I really am immensely proud of our students, and it is wonderful to see them so happy and celebrating today. Today is validation for all the resilience hard work and dedication of our staff and students.

Great credit goes to the parents and carers for their support and guidance who share in the joy today. Finally, of course to the students themselves, congratulations on the rewards of your resilience, hard work and focus.
