On Wednesday, we held this years’ Covent Garden Business Challenge semi-final.
70+ Year 5 local primary school students worked with our sixth formers to come up with a new product idea which they could sell at Covent Garden Market - they then pitched their business model to a panel and audience.
Our primary school students were absolute troopers and threw themselves into the challenge with support from our sixth form helpers. They came up with some fab ideas including; a feeling flower - to provide encouragement with difficult emotions, special Christmas thermal clothing for cold days, Nibble Nator- a cool treat feeder for pets, and Aqua boots - using steam to keep your feet warm.
