As part of a worldwide network of Ursuline schools, the Ursuline Sixth Form follows in the teaching of the spirit of St Angela Merici to develop young women as leaders and active members of the school and local community. The ethos of the Sixth Form encourages students to develop a respect for others and to be kind, generous of spirit and show perseverance in all they do.
Chaplaincy encourages students to support a number of community projects and as part of this our Sixth Form students have the opportunity to live out Serviam and put their faith in to action through supporting these projects:
In addition, all students continue to develop their faith through a programme that includes inter-faith day, social action day and developing personal values in the wider community. The programme enables students to reflect critically and engage in discussion about religious belief and explore and respect different faiths within society.
In a community inspired by
the love for the Gospel of Jesus Christ
following in the footsteps of our foundress St Angela Merici
