Chaplain Message

This half term is a special half term at the Ursuline as we celebrate our patron saint Angela Merici. This year the focus of our St Angela celebration was her deep faith and relationship with Jesus.

St Angela believed that she should bring that light of Christ into the lives of others and this was done through service. She believed at the heart of being a true Christian was being at the service of other people putting their needs before your own.

St Angela inspires us to share the light of Christ with all those we encounter. When we use our gifts and talents for the benefit of others we are the light of Christ and a reflection of St Angela. May we always put the service of others at the forefront and like St Angela be the light of Christ to all.
