By 2018 the gap between the performance of Year 11 Disadvantaged students and their cohort will be narrowed. The attendance of all students who are on the SEND register will be above national averages for similar students.

The school will implement and evaluate its Pastoral provision for LBTQI.The school will continue to  improve students’ and staff understanding of the causes and prevention of mental health issue among girls through the school
